   About Me

My name is Paolo Casavola, I’m Italian and live in Taranto, Apulia. After graduating in Sociology and after a master’s degree in "Marketing and Web Communication", I got several working experiences, from a press agency clerk to a blogger, up to a ten-year lasting experience as a manager in the field of professional training.

During my life I have been lucky enough to travel a lot all over Italy as well as in Europe, the U.S.A and Canada and I have always discovered, learnt and lived new experiences which made me feel even more a citizen of the world. Travels – for me – are not only a passion, but an endless desire of knowing and comparing myself with different situations and cultures, of tasting new flavours and smelling new scents. They are part of my cultural growth.

Travelling let me discover new hobbies such as photography and video editing:  I succeeded in winning a photographic prize and now I’m setting up a small personal portfolio with my works.

Moreover, while travelling, I realized I am  very clever in arranging trips. Thanks to the search and study of on-line information, from  lodging possibilities to the most interesting places, from itineraries by car to the best restaurants, I always succeeded in arranging my tours in details and with satisfactory results. During the years I have always tried to improve myself by refining my abilities and, now  I am satisfied not only with my trips but also with the ones I usually arrange for my relatives and friends.

Then, love for my region Apulia has induced me to plan the Y.I.T.A. project, at first as a blog dedicated to the beauties of Apulia and then with this site to offer  my competence and ability with my utmost professionalism to anyone interested in a trip through Apulia, sure to be able to offer several solutions for an unforgettable trip perfectly arranged for each of you.
